Yesterday was a big day for Juno (no, not my puppy with the same name) at the Independent Spirit Awards. Juno picked up top prize for Best Feature, Ellen Page landed the Best Female Lead and Diablo Cody grabbed Best First Screenplay.Some people are talking about Juno being the dark horse for Best Picture tonight at that other awards show. I wouldn't hold your breath on that one, though I do hope they walk away with at least a couple of little golden guys...
